Return Process

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your inbox; simply print it out and securely package your beauty products.

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy for updates on your return status.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
